About Us
Rebekah Howard is a member of the Fighting Texas A&M University Aggies, where she graduated from Mays Business School with her Masters and Bachelors in Accounting – PPA Group 16. After graduation, she continued on to obtain her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License. Rebekah Howard, furthered her education at Rice University – Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, where she completed the Certified Financial Planning Program.
The program provided an intense study of General Financial Planning Principles, Insurance Planning, Investment Planning, Tax Planning, Retirement Planning, and Case. With over ten years of blended experience in public accounting, financial reporting, and corporate accounting, Rebekah Howard has provided quality results to numerous clients.
Rebekah Howard is a proud member of the HWCOC (Houston West Chamber of Commerce), The NSA (National Society of Accountants), and The Texas A&M Houston Club.

Our Office
Howard CPA, LLC office is located in the heart of the Galleria Area on 2 Riverway Dr. Suite 1260 Houston, TX 77056. Office visits are by appointment only.
When you arrive, please enter the parking garage off Riverway Drive. You will turn into the Riverway complex (near the Omni Hotel). Follow the signs to the 2 Riverway Garage.
Once you have arrived at the gate of the garage, press the button at the entrance and let security know you have an appointment with Howard CPA. Park on the Basement Level (“B”) visitor parking spot and take the elevator or stairs up to the Ground floor (“G”). Please note that handicap parking is on the First Level (1) of the parking garage.
From the first level/ground floor, follow the walkway and enter through the main entrance. Take the elevators to the left of the security desk up to the 12th floor. We are in Suite 1260.
